How started
Phillip has been tattooing for about 11 years and continues to push himself to new levels. His style of tattooing is very versitile, and includes all genres: Freehand, Color, Black and Grey, Portraits, Traditional, New School, Realism, Color Realism and Japanese. In July of 2002, After 6 years of working in the trenches, he finally opened what we know today as INKWORKS TATTOO & BODY PIERCING. Phillip started on the Tattoo circuit in early 2006, teaming up with world renowned tattoo artist Horiryu from Japan. Together they toured all around the United States in addition to maintaining a booked schedule back home at INKWORKS. Below is a list of conventions he has attended, many of which he has attended multiple times: Ontario, Long Beach, Pomona, Idaho, South Florida, San Francisco, Boston, Las Vegas, New York, Fort Lauderdale, Philadelphia, Paso Robles, Washington, Detroit, Texas, New Jersey. Check the on tour section for future dates and locations A lot has happened during the last few years, and just recently at the start of this year Phillip was asked to begin teaching seminars at various tattoo conventions across the nation. It is a must attend seminar, where advanced techniques are broken down piece by piece. Phillip can also be seen working as a regular guest artist at the World Famous Mario Barth Starlight Tattoo. Check the Tour Dates section to find out when he will be there next "I strive to be the best everyday and hope that my work reflects that and hopefully Ill have the pleasure of tattooing you one day."
