Story
Born in the summer of 1974 in New York City's famed Coney Island section of Brooklyn. Phily completed his tattoo apprenticeship on March 23, 1993 under the tutilidge of Steve Delgatto, Jon Gallo and Angelo Scotto. Phily spent the next few years tattooing up and down the east coast working the tattoo convention circuit, netting himself 10 trophies for his tattoo work. Phil's tattoos have been featured in every major tattoo publication, and has his work grace the covers of Skin Art Magazine #76 (USA), Tabu Tattoo #18 (USA), Tattoo Planet #2 (UK),Tattoo Planet #3 (UK), Skin Art #82 (USA), Tattoo Savage #17 (USA), Tattoo Burst #28 (Japan), Tattoo Revue # 105 (USA), as well as being featured in Michael McCabe's book "Tattooing New York City" (2001 Schiffer Publications). Phily's website "luckycharmtattoo.com" boasts over 200 sheets of his original tattoo flash, which hand in hundreds of tattoo shops around the world. He released his first art book "Clutter and Confusion"-an independently published sketch book in 2007. He is currently working on 3 separate sketch books that should be available on his website by the beginning of 2009.
