After spending years working under the blazing sun, Charlie decided to cash in his 401 K and corporate life to pursue his dreams. Studio 21 is the result. "I received my first tattoo some twenty years ago, and I was hooked. The artwork I create is often a personal statement of the person wearing it. It's about attitude, style, love, fun, and it's as unique as the person. Tattooing is hard work sometimes, but rewarding as hell!"
